Date 12/8/2002 Hey
Steve,
Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you about the howler and the decoy. We hunted two
full days at Thanksgiving, calling in over 30 coyotes, and killed nine of them. I guess if
you offer shooting accuracy lessons, I could use some of those too. I love the howler, and
the decoy is just as good. If you're ever in the mood to get out, let me know sometime.
Thanks again,
Scott Elarton

Steve,
Just wanted to let you know that we have tested your Silver Dog Howler the
last month or so and it has been very effective with these young dogs. We have gone out
about 6 times in the last 30 days and we have called in 16 coyotes. I began the stand with
howls from the Silver Dog Howler. We only took 6 coyotes out of those 16, but you can't
always get them all when they come into a stand 3 at a time.
The young sound and high pitch seems to piss
last years pups off pretty bad and they are running in looking to kick some butt.
When I get some pictures I will try to send
them to you so you can post on your site. Thanks again for a good product.

Dear Steve,
My hunting partner, Gary Cook of Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency
and an experienced coyote hunter, and I recently decided to try to find a good horn
howler as neither of us had had any experience with them. - He says How do you
know which one to get? I didnt, so I bought 3 the Cronk, the Taylor,
and the Nordstrom Silver Dog Howler.
After they arrived I spent several hours with each and without any
hesitation, decided the Silver Dog Howler was the best for 2 reasons. 1) smooth young dog
sound and 2)easy to change gears on the mouth piece. I didnt tell Cook what I
decided and let him try them and you guessed it He picked the Silver Dog
Howler. I gave him his choice (the Silver Dog Howler) and bought me another.
Thanks for a great product
